Carle Silvestri

Barre Instructor

Carle was raised in Richmond and then attended George Mason University. After she graduated, she came back to Richmond to get her license in education at University of Richmond. She is currently a high school math teacher in Henrico County.

She was introduced to barre in 2012, and was immediately hooked. It was similar to the workouts she did when she was a diver and a gymnast. She loves how barre is an upbeat workout that is mentally and physically challenging. As a new instructor she hopes to have challenging and motivating classes. She wants the women at barReVA to feel accomplished when they leave her class. In her free time, she coaches diving, tutors and enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She is so excited to start this new journey at barReVA!
